This is One of the most popular choice for bleed builds especially when dual wielding as the running and jumping powerstance move, can hit up to 4 times.

Combine with Bloody Slash ash of war, you coat the blade with your own blood to unleash a rending blood slash in a wide arc to inflict 60 bleed build up on hit, beside that it can also imbue my weapon with bleed afiinity, especially in early game.
